Workout Wednesday: Travel Edition

One of the hardest things for me about traveling so often (besides leaving my family of course) is keeping up with my workout routine. Having a go-to routine makes it easier when constantly staying at different hotels with different gyms.

I have come up with a routine that is quick, effective and doable at almost any hotel gym you find.

Warmup: 1 mile run (treadmill or outside depending on what is available)

Complete 3 rounds of each of the below:

20 weighted squat + press (I use 5lb dumbbell weights)

20 leg lifts

20 push-ups

50 ab bicycles

Cool Down: 1/2 mile walk (treadmill or outside depending on what is available)

Keep in mind I am not and do not claim to be a fitness expert, this is just what I do to stay in shape while traveling!!
